I Hate Corporate Culture

Corporate culture is strange, to say the least. I get why some parts of it exist, but other parts seem completely unnecessary. I think that it reflects the majority of the people that decide to participate in that world as every culture does. Certain personalities are attracted to certain careers, so it’s no surprise that so many strange people are attracted to the corporate world.

Some of us have no choice as we either have a skill that takes the corporate route, or we have no other job prospects and we don’t want to work outside.
