I Hate Work Meetings

I dread work meetings. I don’t dread them because I hate speaking in front of a group or because I am scared of getting singled out. I dread them because they’re mostly a waste of time. Regular meetings are another part of work culture that is pointless but never questioned. Because it’s the standard, people think they have to happen. So much time gets wasted in meetings that could be spent making the company good.
