What Happens If All The Employees Quit?

This is probably something that a disgruntled employee has thought to themselves at some point. “We get treated like shit, we should all quit together, we have the power”. And then everyone just looks at them.

It’s very unrealistic for 99% of companies, the only ones that would be at risk would be the small ones with few staff. I imagine it has happened a few times, but there are still a lot of small companies with a bad atmosphere and the employees still stick around for whatever reason.
